Being officially with the Hidden Treasure team for the first time in 2018 was a proud moment for Ananeke Salon Our Story. We didn’t just want to fulfill our duties; we wanted to make a mark in the event. Our goal was to ensure that every beauty contestant felt confident about themselves, and we set a benchmark in the makeup game in the history of Miss Nepal. For Ananeke Salon Our Story, being a part of this prestigious journey was truly a moment of pride, and we aimed to make the most out of it. Looking back, we honestly feel that we’ve achieved exactly what we set out to do.

Seeing the crown holders—Shrinkhala Khatiwada (Miss Nepal World 2018), Manita Devkota (Miss Nepal Universe 2018), Priya Sigdel (Miss Nepal Earth 2018), Ronali Amatya (Miss Nepal International 2018), and Mahima Singh (Miss Nepal Supranational 2018)—standing tall at the stage with such confidence and grace gave us an overwhelming sense of satisfaction. It was in that moment that we realized we had finally done it. This experience made us feel like we were on cloud nine. However, we also made sure to list out our mistakes and mishaps, ensuring that next time we return, we’ll be even more organized and prepared.

This drive has kept us motivated, enabling us to expand our brand name in Nepal, starting with our first branch in 2012 in Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Since then, Ananeke Salon Our Story has seen continuous expansion in Nepal, with branches opening in Durbarmarg (2018), Pokhara (2019), Labim Mall (2020), and Boudha (2021), totaling five outlets in Nepal.
